Exchanges are simple and stress-free—so you can spend less time worrying and more time living. If you’re not in love after living with your Ruggable product, washing it, and putting it to the test, we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery. That’s our Life Happens Guarantee.
If you received your order within the last 30 days to an address in France, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden or Denmark, please fill out the returns form here, once per item you want to exchange.
We understand you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. You can still exchange items that show signs of normal wear and tear. However, items in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion) will not be eligible for exchange.
