What is your return policy?

Letting Life In is at the heart of our mission. At Ruggable, we believe your rug should fit seamlessly into your lifestyle—not the other way around. You deserve the confidence of knowing your purchase is worry-free. That’s why we created the The Life Happens Guarantee—protecting you from life’s “uh-oh” moments. 

With The Life Happens Guarantee, Ruggable products purchased from Ruggable.eu can be returned for any reason for a full refund (minus a returns processing fee per item*) within 30 days of the delivery date. 

We understand that you may have made our products a part of your home or tried washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise. Don’t worry about your returned item(s) having some pet fur on them or signs of normal wear and tear, we will still honour The Life Happens Guarantee.

However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded. 

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us, except in the case of faulty items. Read more about how to return your item(s) here!

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. If you have received multiple items in one package, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.eu for assistance. When purchased as a Two-Piece Rug System, you must return the entire Rug System (both the Rug Pad and the Rug Cover).

*Returns Processing Fee:

Only item(s) purchased directly from Ruggable.eu can be returned to Ruggable. If you purchased your Ruggable item(s) from a third-party website or retailer, please contact the third-party vendor to process your return.
