Yes. If you already have an existing Ruggable Rug Pad in your preferred size, you can choose to purchase just the Ruggable Rug Cover by ticking the “Yes, I only need the Rug Cover for now.” box under “Already have a Ruggable Rug Pad?” on the product page.
